What to expect when you book Microworks?

Microworks is built for small home repairs, installs, and punch lists. The process is meant to feel simple from start to finish. You tell us what needs to be done, we confirm the scope, and you get a written estimate before any work starts. Once approved, we schedule a real arrival window and complete the work cleanly.

Step 1

Micro Call Or Click

Start by calling us or filling out the form on the Get Estimate page. Share a quick summary of what you want done, plus any deadlines or access notes (condo booking rules, parking, pets, quiet hours, and so on). The more complete your request is, the faster we can confirm next steps.

If it’s a punch list, include everything in one message. Small jobs are easiest to handle when we can group them smartly and plan the visit around the full list.

Step 2

Micro Estimate

We’ll review the details, confirm the scope, and send a written estimate. The estimate is straightforward and easy to understand, covering what we’re doing and what’s included, with no surprise line items.

Approving your estimate is simple. Once you’re happy, you can approve it online, and we’ll move you straight into scheduling.

Step 3

Micro Work

After approval, we confirm a booking date and give you a clear arrival plan. Your technician arrives ready to work, in a branded van stocked with tools and common supplies for small projects.

Before starting, we’ll confirm the scope on-site so everyone’s aligned. If your list has multiple items, we’ll work through them in an efficient order so you get the most done in the booked visit.

Step 4

Project Completion

When the work is complete, we clean up the space and walk you through what was done. If you’re home, you can do a quick check with the technician so you know everything is finished to your liking. If you’re away, we’ll still confirm completion and keep communication clear.

Our goal is always the same: tidy execution, small jobs done properly, and a home that feels “sorted” again after the visit.
