Blake Voyer, RSE

Owner/Operator

Blake is the owner and operator of Microworks. In charge of the day-to-day sales and management aspects of the company, Blake is your first point of contact with your next small project process. Building and renovating on the North Shore since 2006, Blake started out working on his father’s job sites to gain experience for a career in design. He fell in love with building right away and hasn’t left the job site since.

A red seal journeyman carpenter, Blake’s mission is to always provide exceptional service, no matter the size and scope of a project. Although his company has now grown from its initial small operation, his dedication to craftsmanship and customer care are still the driving forces of Microworks today.

Joel Voyer, RSE

Lead Technician

Joel is the lead technician at Microworks. In charge of the on site operations, Joel is the highest skilled technician at Microworks and likely one of the highest skilled individuals you’ll every meet. As a master carpenter holding a Red Seal journeyman carpentry ticket, Joel is a wealth of knowledge and a genuinely nice person! Joel has been woodworking his entire life, building and renovating custom homes by his own hand for over 45 years.

Joel’s mission is to fix things the right way, no matter the size and scope of a project. Joel’s dedication to his craft and vast building knowledge makes him not only the ideal handyman, but the best person to have on your side when it comes to any issue your home could possibly have.
