This small entry deck in Vancouver had reached the end of its life. The original wood was badly rotted, making it unsafe for daily use and creating a real risk at the front entryway.
Our team began by carefully removing the deteriorated boards and inspecting the underlying structure. Once the damaged framing was cleared out, we reinforced the base and installed new pressure-treated lumber to ensure long-lasting durability. To finish, we fit new deck boards, sealed all surfaces for weather resistance, and reinstalled the existing railing system for safety and stability.
